Your profile tells you how many games you have to play to rank up. So if you are coming from another server, your rank might drop at first, but once you learn how to handle all the aggressive invasions, you'll see your rank rise again. Especially in the kyu ranks, the predominant style on Fox is very aggressive and chaotic. The average Fox player has different strengths and weaknesses than the average IGS player. However it is difficult to compare the ranks because the styles are very different. For many players, the Fox rank is typically 2 or 3 stones higher than in most western Go communities (like KGS or EGF). You can either call an admin or continue to the 350th move, at which point the "Force count" button will become available. Sometimes you may encounter troll players who refuse to accept the count request even though the game is finished.
